Kangra advocates for Zero Harm to ensure that all workers return home to their loved ones unharmed and healthy. To demonstrate compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996, we have implemented a comprehensive safety policy to prevent injuries.

Kangra has actively encouraged employees, contractors, and community members to observe safety protocols on-site. We conduct daily toolbox talks, weekly Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) meetings, and monthly Safety Committee meetings. Inspections are an essential part of preventing work-related injuries. We conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety standards across Kangra operations.
